Privacy Policy

When you request a quote, we collect your name, email address, and the product and quantity you are interested in. If you add them, we also collect your company, country and message. The country may be filled in from your approximate location; you can change it.

• Ad and campaign details. If you arrive through one of our ads or a tagged link, your browser keeps the ad click identifier and the campaign tags from that link, the first page you opened and the page that sent you, for 30 days. They reach us only with a quote request, so we can see which ads bring enquiries.
• Spam protection. The quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser and IP address. We also keep your IP address with the email address you entered for about two hours, to limit repeated submissions.
• Your country. Your approximate country, worked out from your IP address, is used to fill in the form and to leave visitors from mainland China out of our analytics. It is not stored.
• Daily totals. We count how many times a day the quote form is opened and the WhatsApp button is clicked. Only the totals are stored, nothing about you.
• Hosting. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the site, and keeps short-term technical logs.

With your permission (“Accept” on the cookie banner), we load Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag. They use cookies to show us which pages are useful and which ads lead to enquiries. If you choose “Reject”, neither loads, and the site works the same.

The site also stores a few items in your browser: your cookie choice, the ad details described above, and the time of your last quote request (to prevent accidental double submissions). You can delete them in your browser settings.

Videos on our pages play from YouTube, which may set its own cookies when a video loads.

If you switch from Accept to Reject, Google’s tags stop from the next page you open.

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and follow up on your order.
• To keep records of our customers and enquiries.
• To learn which pages and ads bring enquiries. When our sales team marks an enquiry as a qualified lead, we send Google Ads the ad click identifier and the time of the enquiry, never your name or email address.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

• Cloudflare hosts the site, its database and files, and runs the spam check.
• SendCloud delivers enquiry emails to our sales team.
• Google provides Analytics and Ads (with your permission) and receives the ad click identifiers described above.
• YouTube plays our videos.
• If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) handles that conversation under its own terms.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and China.

• Enquiries and customer records: as long as we have a business relationship with you or need them for legal and accounting reasons, or until you ask us to delete them.
• Spam-protection records (IP address and email): about two hours.
• Ad details stored in your browser: 30 days.
• Analytics data: according to the retention setting of our Google Analytics account.

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing contact@kameiproduct.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or China), you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children.
